Liverpool has been tipped to secure a bargain deal for Sporting Lisbon's Marcus Edwards, who could be the ideal successor to Mohamed Salah.
The Reds could capitalize on two mistakes made by Tottenham, Edwards' former club, to land the winger for a reported $37m (£30m/€35m).
With Mohamed Salah's future at Anfield uncertain, Liverpool may need to find a new left-footed forward.

Despite never playing a competitive match for Spurs, Edwards was sold to Portuguese side Vitória de Guimarães after a brief stint with Dutch team Excelsior.
His transfer fee was just over $1.25m — a small sum considering his high potential as a young player.
Tottenham retained a 50 per cent stake in Edwards' economic rights, entitling it to half of any future transfer fees.
It's widely believed that Edwards has a release clause of around £50m, but football.london suggests that Sporting might accept around $37m, knowing it will owe less to Spurs.
Now 25, Edwards would be a fantastic addition for Liverpool or any other Premier League team.
He may not be drawing Messi comparisons anymore, but he has blossomed into a good player in his own right while out in Portugal.
Liverpool.com says: Arriving with the pressure of being the Salah heir would be a great way of making Edwards fail in England again.
