In recent days and weeks, consistent reports have linked Eintracht Frankfurt centre-back Willian Pacho with a potential switch to Anfield.

Additionally, he also scores highly in some creative metrics.

Simply put, the data behind the 22-year-old Ecuadorian is very impressive, and that is what likely put him on Liverpool’s radar in the first place.

Eintracht Frankfurt stance on Willian Pacho

Despite reported interest from both Liverpool and Arsenal, it’s believed that Frankfurt has no plans to sell Willian Pacho.

This is according to German journalist Christopher Michael from Fussball.News, who writes on X:

“Even if the rumor mill is bubbling: Currently, it is not the plan of Eintracht Frankfurt to sell Willian Pacho this summer.”

Pacho only joined the Bundesliga side in the past summer, completing a €9m switch from Belgian outfit Royal Antwerp.

What makes Pacho an attractive prospect for Premier League clubs is not only his defensive acumen but also his ability to contribute offensively.

His young age and potential for further development make him an enticing prospect for top English clubs like Liverpool looking to bolster their defensive ranks with a dynamic and promising talent who could thrive in the demanding environment of the Premier League.
