Former Liverpool star Emre Can made an "emotional" message after helping guide Borussia Dortmund to the Champions League final.
Tuesday night saw Dortmund face Paris Saint-Germain in the second leg of their semi-final, where they held a 1-0 advantage.
The former Liverpool midfielder will now prepare for the third Champions League final of his career and first since his Anfield exit.
The 30-year-old spent four years with Liverpool from 2014-18 after arriving from Bayer Leverkusen.
He went on to sign for Juventus as a free agent, with his final game for the Reds coming as a substitute in the 2018 Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid.

Can spent the final weeks of his last season with Liverpool mostly on the sidelines recovering from a back injury.
He missed the final seven Premier League matches of the season through injury, as well as both legs in the Champions League quarter-final against Manchester City and semi-final against Roma.
After captaining Dortmund to their first Champions League final since 2013, Can admitted he struggled to contain his emotions.
The former Reds star went on to make an admission about his time with Liverpool which saw him feature in the 2018 final.
"It’s very different, I would say, because when I was with Bayern in the final I didn’t play, I was a young guy," Can told CBS Sports.
