Erik ten Hag has become the latest former Man United manager to be sacked in an extraordinary few days of dismissals.
Despite a crucial 3-2 win for Man United against Burnley (30 August), sources have told Football Insider that Ruben Amorim could still be sacked by Man United.
The poisoned chalice at Old Trafford reigns on as in the past week several previous Red Devils bosses have been given the boot by their clubs.
Sacked by Fenerbahce and without a job, former Man United manager Jose Mourinho is one of the names on Nottingham Forest’s list to replace Nuno Espirito Santo, sources have told Football Insider.
Similarly, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has left another Turkish side Besiktas in yet another exit for a ex-United coach.
This could be just a coincidence, but another one of the cursed Red Devils managers has now been fired in the form of ten Hag.

The Dutchman won just one of his matches in charge with the Leverkusen hierarchy clearly uninspired by his performances.
