Bournemouth players were quick to react as the Cherries confirmed another departure in what has already been a busy summer window.
The south coast side began their Premier League campaign with defeat as Bournemouth lost to Liverpool in a 4-2 defeat, but fielding a much-changed line-up compared to last season.
Andoni Iraola guided Bournemouth to their highest-ever points tally in the 2024/25 campaign, but that success has come at a cost, with several key players moving on this summer.
Milos Kerkez sealed a switch to Liverpool, Dean Huijsen finalised a big-money move to Real Madrid in June, while Illia Zabarnyi became the club’s second-highest sale after completing a £57million transfer to PSG.
Although there have been new arrivals, the Cherries have now confirmed yet another exit, with the transfer window set to close in just eight days.

Bournemouth confirmed on 22 August that Luis Sinisterra has joined Brazilian side Cruzeiro on a season-long loan.
The club announced the deal on Instagram, sparking plenty of reaction from players, with Evanilson, new signing Adrien Truffert and former loanee Kepa Arrizabalaga all liking with the post.

Sinisterra has gone on to make 36 appearances for the Cherries, since arriving at the Vitality Stadium from Leeds United in the summer of 2023, which was initially on loan before making the move permanent.
However, Sinisterra was plagued by injury in the most recent campaign, restricting him to just 14 appearances across all competitions, with only a single start in the Premier League.
His departure adds to Bournemouth’s busy summer of outgoings, coming only days after fellow winger Dango Ouattara sealed a move to Brentford as Bryan Mbeumo’s replacement.

With several defensive departures this summer, the club are now turning their attention to strengthening at the back in the final days of the window.
Reports suggest Bournemouth have opened talks with Chelsea regarding a loan move for Axel Disasi, with the Cherries keen to include an option to buy.
The French defender spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa but struggled to make an impact and is not in Enzo Maresca’s long-term plans at Stamford Bridge.
Bournemouth, however, see him as a potential reinforcement as they look to rebuild their defensive options.
