Vitaliy Mykolenko has been pictured in the latest images of Everton training in a welcome boost for David Moyes.
Everton successfully beat Brighton 2-0 in their second Premier League game of the season on Sunday, 24 August.
However, thanks to an injury setback suffered by Mykolenko, midfielder James Garner has had to deputise at left-back.
While Garner scored in the victory over Brighton, he also featured as Everton were beaten by Leeds in their opening Premier League game.

Mykolenko has not featured for Moyes’ men since their pre-season friendly with Roma on 9 August, with the Toffees faithful eagerly awaiting his return to fitness.
Meanwhile, the Ukraine international appears set to play for the Blues in the Premier League sooner rather than later.
The Liverpool Echo’s Matt Jones shared via X on Tuesday, 26 August: “Mykolenko back in training in the latest Everton images released.
(Tyler) Dibling also involved!”

While Everton successfully beat Brighton to bounce back from their opening day defeat to Leeds, Moyes must maintain the positive momentum he has built in Merseyside.

The Toffees have a vital opportunity to earn three more points in the Premier League when they face a struggling Wolves outfit on Saturday, 30 August.
Vitor Pereira’s men lacked quality in their defeats to both Manchester City and Bournemouth, but will view their clash with Moyes’ men as a chance to earn their first win of the top-flight season.
Meanwhile, Everton’s Carabao Cup clash with League One outfit Mansfield Town should allow Moyes to field an experimental starting lineup against inferior opponents at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
However, to ensure that they maintain good form ahead of their trip to Molineux, the Blues must avoid an early exit from the Carabao Cup.
Elsewhere, former Everton scout Bryan King has backed the Toffees to sign Nathan Ake in a Goodison News exclusive.
