Liverpool are reportedly weighing up whether to make a move for Ajax and Ghana star Mohammed Kudus after his match-winning display in the World Cup caught the eye of many.
Kudus has already shown Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp first hand what he can do after scoring a superb goal for the Dutch champions at Anfield in the Champions League group earlier this season.
In the summer, Lampard tried to sign Kudus, who has since admitted speaking to the Everton manager over a move to Goodison Park.

He recently spoke of his admiration for Liverpool star Thiago Alcantara: "I loved [Thiago’s] game as a child," Kudus told Ajax's official channels.
According to De Telegraaf, Liverpool have been closely watching Kudus throughout the the World Cup, and even before the tournament started, while Everton remain in the hunt for the man they almost signed in the summer.
His two-goal heroics in the 3-2 win over South Korea in Qatar means Ghana go into a match with Uruguay where the winner will progress to the knockout stage of the World Cup.
