The 2025 summer transfer window has finally come to a close and it was arguably the most expensive window ever.

Premier League clubs have splashed millions on new signings, blowing their European counterparts out of the water.

Liverpool have been among the highest spenders in the world under Arne Slot - and that was no different on deadline day after teeing up a £160m double swoop for Alexander Isak and Marc Guehi from Newcastle and Crystal Palace respectively.



Isak's move is still on track, but Guehi's switch has collapsed at the 11th hour.



Newcastle are also in the process of another signing.
