Chelsea sealed a deadline day deal for Facundo Buonanotte(Image: Getty Images)The 2025 summer transfer window has finally come to a close and it was arguably the most expensive window ever.
Premier League clubs have splashed millions on new signings, blowing their European counterparts out of the water.
Liverpool have been among the highest spenders in the world under Arne Slot - and that was no different on deadline day after teeing up a £160m double swoop for Alexander Isak and Marc Guehi from Newcastle and Crystal Palace respectively.
The pair haven't had their moves officially completed yet but it appears to be a matter of time.
Newcastle are also in the process of another signing.
