Don Hutchison has called on Alexander Isak to submit a transfer request if he's keen on leaving Newcastle United, while criticizing the striker's agent for mishandling the situation.
The Swedish forward has expressed a desire to depart from the Magpies this summer, with Liverpool being his preferred destination.
Liverpool's hefty $148 million (£110m) has been turned down by Newcastle, and as a result, Isak has been training solo amidst the ongoing uncertainty about his future.
He hasn't played for the Magpies during pre-season as he waits for a move and has now told the club he will not pull on its shirt again.
Ex-Liverpool midfielder Hutchison has directed his frustration at Isak's agent amid the ongoing transfer drama, confessing that he'd give his representative the boot if he were in the player's boots.

Hutchison continued in another tweet, advising Isak to put in a transfer request if he truly wishes to exit Newcastle.

The Athletic reported on Tuesday that Isak views his Newcastle career as finished and has no plans to play for the club again, irrespective of whether they continue to obstruct his desire to move on.
