Everton could still be interested in a move for Tyler Dibling despite bringing in Jack Grealish, sources have told Football Insider.

The Toffees have agreed a deal to sign Grealish, which will see him make the move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium on a season-long loan from Manchester City.

It had been thought that the addition of the Man City winger, as well as Southampton’s unwillingness to budge on their valuation, had led to Everton pulling out of the race for Dibling.

However, sources say that the Toffees are still working on a deal to sign the highly rated 19-year-old before the transfer window closes in what will be seen in many quarters as an unexpected U-turn.

So far, Everton have had a number of bids for Dibling rejected by Southampton, with their most recent offer totalling £40million.

It is believed that the Saints are demanding a fee of around £50m for the teenage sensation, and are refusing to budge on their valuation.

Sources say that the Toffees are expected to return with an improved approach in the near future, which could see the deal get over the line.

It would be a big statement, as well as a huge boost to their attacking ranks, if David Moyes’ side were able to bring in both Grealish and Dibling.

Meanwhile, Rangers are expecting to receive a number of offers for Hamza Igamane in the closing stages of the transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.

The Glasgow giants were expecting a lot of interest in the 22-year-old this summer, but there has been no official bids for him so far.

Everton are one of the teams linked with Igamane, as they look to bolster their attacking ranks ahead of the upcoming campaign.

However, sources say that the interested clubs are waiting for the Moroccan’s asking price to drop before making any formal approaches.
