Leicester have made an enquiry to Millwall for striker Mihailo Ivanovi? as the Foxes look to bolster their attacking options, sources have told Football Insider.
A number of clubs are keen on the Serbian international, who netted 12 goals in 37 Championship appearances for the Lions last season.
Ivanovic, 20, joined Millwall from boyhood club Vojvodina last summer, and he made an instant impact in the second-tier with consistently strong hold-up play and impressive finishing ability.
He made his first appearance for the Serbian national team in September 2024 off the back of some strong showings in South London, and now could be set to continue his rise in the East Midlands.

Ivanovic joined the Lions for a reported fee of £2.8million last summer, but his move to the Championship was not his first taste of football outside of Serbia after a loan spell at Sampdoria in the 2022/23 campaign.
The burly striker was restricted to just one Serie A appearance during his time in Italy, but went on to score regularly back at Vojvodina before joining Millwall.

Football Insider revealed in July that Everton and Wolves are interested in Ivanovic after his standout debut season in the second-tier, and Millwall have been resigned to the fact he could leave despite signing a long-term deal last year.

Serie A side Parma made an approach to sign Ivanovic last month, as revealed by Football Insider, but nothing came of their move, and now the Foxes have registered their interest with a concrete bid potentially on the horizon, having lost club-legend Jamie Vardy this year.
As is the nature of relegation to the Championship, Leicester are set to be busy in the transfer market right up until the end of the window as clubs look to snap up their best players and they try to do the same to those lower down the football chain.
Ivanovic could end up at the King Power Stadium as a result, but the Foxes could struggle to hold on to a key man after Football Insider revealed on Saturday (16 August) that Crystal Palace are plotting a move to sign Bilal El Khannouss.

The Moroccan international was a shining light in their dismal 2024/25 Premier League campaign, and Eberechi Eze’s impending move to Arsenal will open the door for the Eagles to sign another playmaker.
Palace are still in talks with Leicester to sign El Khannouss, despite interest in Villarreal’s Yeremy Pino, and so the Foxes can seemingly start planning for life without him, but potentially plan to have Ivanovic at their disposal for the season ahead.
