Man United have told striker Gabriele Biancheri that he is free to go out on loan before the window closes, sources have told Football Insider.
Multiple League One and League Two clubs have registered their interest in signing the 18-year-old before the cut-off on Monday, 1 September.
Biancheri, 18, scored 10 goals in 12 Under-18 Premier League appearances for the club last season, while he also notched five strikes in 11 Premier League 2 outings for their Under-21s.
He trained with Ruben Amorim’s first-team in 2024/25, and also spent time with the Wales senior side under Craig Bellamy before featuring in a training camp with Canada’s men’s team in May.

Biancheri began his career in the academy of hometown club Cardiff City, and he played for their U21 side at just 16-years-old in 2022.
He joined United in February 2023 after nine years in the Bluebirds’ academy, and he has gone from strength-to-strength with the north-west giants in the two-and-a-half years since.

He has been a prolific scorer at U18 level over the last two seasons, with 26 goals and seven assists in 40 outings for the club’s age-group side, and he made the step up to the U21s seamlessly last term to stand him in good stead for a first foray into the men’s game this season.
Biancheri admitted to The Athletic in June that he was unsure of the club’s plans for him in 2025/26, but now they have been made clear, and he looks set to leave on loan in the weeks to come as a number of sides battle for his signature.
Man United are letting Biancheri leave to progress his development in the hope of him being ready to make an impact on their first-team in the years to come, but the same cannot be said for Jadon Sancho, who seemingly has no future at Old Trafford.
Former Red Devils scout Mick Brown told Football Insider in June that Sancho must slash his hefty wage demands to secure a move away before the end of the transfer window.

Sancho has turned down approaches from Roma and Besiktas in recent weeks as United try to force him out before the end of the month, but despite those setbacks, the club look set to be rid of him soon.
Brown revealed to Football Insider on Tuesday (19 August) that Man United are ruling out the possibility of keeping Sancho this summer, and the 25-year-old is continuing to train away from his teammates with an exit set to materialise in the coming weeks.
