Tottenham will decide in the next 24 hours whether to loan out teen sensation, sources have told Football Insider.
Championship, League One and League Two clubs have registered their interest in signing the 19-year-old midfielder, whose current contract runs until 2029.
Spurs are to decide imminently whether to let the England Under-19 international go for the season or remain at the club.
The attacking midfielder has yet to make his senior debut for the Lilywhites, but with star performances for the Under-21s last season, he continues to attract interest from elsewhere.

The club’s academy continues to produce incredible talents, including the likes of Dane Scarlett, Will Lankshear, Jamie Donley, and even Rangers-bound youngster Mikey Moore.
Club legend Jermaine Defoe even tipped Hall as “one to watch” during his spell in North London as a coach, so it is no surprise to see EFL teams taking an interest in the youngster.

However, with Mohammed Kudus being added to a star-studded lineup this summer, alongside James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski, Thomas Frank has a difficult decision to make on the 19-year-old.
He featured for 13 minutes during the 2-2 draw against Wycombe Wanderers last month, but was not involved in the squad flown out to Hong Kong.
Thomas Frank could still yet lose Tottenham legend Son Heung-min, who has been heavily linked with a move to the MLS, and the former Brentford boss would require a replacement for the South Korean.
Mick Brown told Football Insider that Tottenham remain interested in Jack Grealish after missing out on Nottingham Forest’s Morgan Gibbs-White, having now signed a new deal at the City Ground.

Cristian Romero, Destiny Udogie, Richarlison, and Manor Solomon have all been linked with exits, but supporters have been impressed with Daniel Levy’s willingness to spend big this summer.
Bayern Munich’s Joao Palhinha is set to arrive ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, throwing doubt over the futures of Yves Bissouma and Rodrigo Bentancur, though both have deals until next summer.
