FIFA have released a statement sharing their support and solidarity with Liverpool Football Club after an incident towards the end of the Reds' Premier League title-winning open top bus parade.
Arne Slot's men were coming towards the end of their tour of the city when a car drove into people in Liverpool.
A 53-year-old white British man from the Liverpool area has been arrested after a car drove into a crowd on Water Street.
Forty-seven people were injured after supporters had gathered to celebrate the Liverpool's record-equalling 20th championship.
Of the 27 who were taken to hospital, two people, including one child, have suffered serious injuries.

Following the incident, FIFA released a statement in solidarity with the Reds as president Gianni Infantino showed his support for Liverpool FC following the event.
He said: "Football stands together with Liverpool FC and all fans of the club following the horrific incident that has taken place during the trophy parade in the city.

"From everyone at FIFA, we offer our thoughts and prayers to all those affected."Liverpool Football Club had earlier released a statement following the incident.
It read: "We are in direct contact with Merseyside Police regarding the incident on Water Street which happened towards the end of the trophy parade earlier this evening.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have been affected by this serious incident.

"We will continue to offer our full support to the emergency services and local authorities who are dealing with this incident."
