The Premier League champions have announced the signing of Jeremie Frimpong to replace Trent Alexander-Arnold.

The Reds also confirmed the arrival of goalkeeper Armin Pecsi from Puskas Akademia on Saturday.

The deals for Florian Wirtz and Milos Kerkez are also progressing well and are expected to be finalised soon, according to multiple reports.

The Reds are also looking to add a striker to their squad after Darwin Nunez’s future at Liverpool was reportedly in doubt.

They have set their sights on Frankfurt forward Hugo Ekitike, although no talks have taken place between the clubs yet.

Another forward, Luis Diaz, also faces an uncertain future, with Barcelona and Al-Nassr reportedly interested in him.

Earlier reports suggest that the Merseyside club still consider the Colombian a key part of their plans for next season.

According to reports from Mundo Deportivo, Luis Diaz has made up his mind that he only wants Barcelona if he decides to leave Liverpool this summer.

The Premier League champions remain active in the transfer market, with recent reports linking them to Portuguese winger Rafael Leao.
