Liverpool winger Federico Chiesa is being courted by the Italian side Atalanta.

Liverpool paid an initial $13 million (£10 million) for Chiesa plus around $3.4 million (£2.5 million) in potential add-ons.

"At the beginning, I felt the frustration of the radical change and of being far behind the group, and then there was the injury," Chiesa admitted in June when speaking about his first season with Liverpool.

He came in after pre-season had been completed in 2024 and wasn't ever able to get up to speed.

"Up until the match against PSG, Liverpool was ahead of everyone, in the semi-final of the Carabao Cup, and among the favorites in the Champions League, which PSG won," Chiesa, speaking to Corriere dello Sport, continued.
