Liverpool have confirmed the club's new summer signings will wear temporary squad numbers during pre-season.
The Reds begin their summer schedule on Sunday afternoon as they make the short trip to Deepdale to face Championship outfit Preston North End.
The outing is set to hand supporters a first glance at a couple of new faces, six to be precise, with the likes of Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong, who joined the Premier League champions from Bayer Leverkusen last month, and Milos Kerkez, signed in a £40m deal from Bournemouth, set for a first outing for the Reds.

However, Liverpool have confirmed that Wirtz, Frimpong, Kerkez, and fellow new arrivals Giorgi Mamardashvili, Freddie Woodman and Armin Pecsi will sport temporary numbers for the Reds' five pre-season matches, starting at Preston.
After the trip to Deepdale, Liverpool will reconvene at the AXA Training Centre before flying out to the Far East to face AC Milan and Yokohama FM in Hong Kong and Japan later this month.
Sunday's friendly against the Lilywhites will be Liverpool's first since forward Diogo Jota and his brother died in a car crash in Spain on Thursday, July 3.
Ahead of kick-off, a number of tributes will be made in memory of Jota and Andre Silva, who played for Penafiel in Portugal's second division.
Supporters attending the match have been asked to be in their seats by 2.45pm ahead of the 3pm kick-off as a mark of respect to the brothers, with tributes then getting underway at roughly 2.50pm.

On Friday, Liverpool announced that after consulting Jota's wife, Rute, and family, the No.20 shirt had been retired across all levels of the club.
"We will always carry him with us in our hearts, in our thoughts, wherever we go," said Slot of Jota.
