Liverpool supporters have been seeing some belated insights into how their new signings are settling into the club this summer.
Ordinarily by this stage of pre-season we would have heard plenty from the latest additions as they begin life at the club.
However, the tragic death of Diogo Jota has understandably curtailed media duties at Liverpool, with very few players at all speaking to cameras since their teammate passed away.
It remains to be seen how long this is enforced for, although it seems probable that the Liverpool squad and management will have to speak to the press while away in the Far East next week.
In the meantime, players have returned to posting on social media, while the Reds have also been sharing clips, videos and photographs from sessions at the Liverpool training ground.
Fans have been desperate to catch a glimpse of Florian Wirtz during the videos, and after the German posted on Instagram after Friday’s session, he appears to be enjoying his new surroundings.

In different circumstances, it’s easy to imagine that Liverpool would have been parading Wirtz around at every opportunity.
He has become the biggest signing in the club’s history after all, and that’s a fact that should be celebrated.

Either way, Wirtz finally posted some shots of himself in action on Friday afternoon.
Captioned simply with ‘Getting started’ and a bicep curl emoji, the Germany international shared some photos of battles with Ryan Gravenberch and Wataru Endo, as well as him standing with fellow new signing Jeremie Frimpong.
Frimpong has been another arrival who has tactfully limited his social media use in the aftermath of Jota’s sudden and devastating death.
But the 24-year-old also posted in relation to training on Friday, sharing two images alongside Wirtz and Cody Gakpo with the caption ‘Enjoying the process.’
Giorgi Mamardashvili is the one player to have done an interview this pre-season, finally introducing himself properly to Liverpool supporters.
And the goalkeeper also shared the very first image of him in Reds training on Friday, posting ‘Work in progress’ to his Instagram account.
