Speaking to the club's website, the 25-year-old said: "I’ve felt at home at Forest from the moment I arrived.
"The support from the fans, my teammates, and everyone around the club has been unbelievable.
"I believe in what we're building here – and with the backing of Mr Marinakis and the enormous ambition he has, I want to be part of making something special.
We welcome Viktor and his family to Arsenal.”

Chelsea value Dewsbury-Hall as a squad player, but he is not a name they are actively looking to sell.
An exit is possible at the right price though, however, it would need to be more than the £30m the Blues paid to Leicester.
