Manchester City fans have cause for concern after Omar Marmoush was substituted in pain while playing for Egypt.
The forward was taken down while playing against Burkina Faso in World Cup Qualifying and instantly clutched his knee.
Receiving a ball from captain Mohamed Salah just inside his own half, Marmoush tried to jink into the middle of the pitch to find space and launch an attack.
However, just as he got his foot on the ball for a second touch, in came Mohamed Zougrana to send him crashing to the ground.
Salah went straight over to his Premier League rival who kept holding his knee writhing in pain.
The tackle occurred in the fourth minute of the match, but it took until the ninth for Marmoush to finally leave the pitch, perhaps showing just how much pain he was in.

Ronaldinho's son Joao Mendes has reportedly linked up with Hull City - four months after being let go by Burnley.
The 20-year-old joined the Clarets on a two-year deal last summer following the expiration of his contract at Barcelona.
He featured in five matches for Burnley's Under-21s, with each of his outings coming in the Premier League Cup.
The versatile winger - capable of playing on either flank - scored in a 4-1 win against Reading.
While he supplied an assist in both of his games against Luton.
But unfortunately for the youngster, it wasn't enough to convince Burnley to keep him on, with Mendes one of 13 U21 players to be shown the door.
However, according to Hull Live, the former Cruzeiro academy star has been snapped up by the Tigers.
It has been said that Mendes will be part of Hull's U21 set-up at Bishop Burton College.

Jermaine Pennant believes Bayern Munich star Harry Kane would only be the third best striker in the Premier League if he returned to England.
Despite leaving as the second-highest scorer in the competition's history and continuing to find the net at a prolific rate in Germany, Pennant believes Kane would no longer be the best striker in the top-flight.
Asked if the Bayern frontman would hold that distinction if he made a return, the former winger told The Sports Bar: "No, not right now.
He is a man who can embrace a club like ours and lift both the individual player and the entire club to a new level," says Schmedes."
Cooper will be in charge for the weekend's game against Copenhagen.

talkSPORT understands that the final straw that broke the camel's back, leading to Nuno Espirito Santo being sacked by Nottingham Forest happened during the 3-0 defeat to West Ham United.
However, it wasn't the result, and it was actually because he didn't bring Douglas Luiz off the bench.
Forest signed the Brazilian from Juventus during the transfer window, but he was only on the bench against the Hammers.
And after refusing to bring him on and introducing Omari Hutchinson for just a minute, Evangelos Marinakis made up his mind and decided Nuno had to go.
Nuno's relationship with Edu had collapsed over the summer window over signings, and that proved to be the final straw.

Myles Lewis-Skelly has been left out of England's matchday squad this evening for the game against Serbia.
The Arsenal full-back started the 2-0 win over Andorra at the weekend, but The Sun report he won't be playing any part in the match this evening.
This due to the fact only 23 players are allowed in the matchday squad.
Jarrel Quansah was the unfortunate one to miss out at the weekend, but with Marc Guehi struggling with a groin problem, it seems Quansah has got the nod over Lewis-Skelly.

Thomas Tuchel insists he is paying no attention to criticism on himself following England's 2-0 win over Andorra.

"If we win, if we have the best game or not such a good game, it just makes no sense because I'm in the middle of the process
"I have my own observations, I have my own feedback with my staff and the players.
"So why [listen to criticism]?
