Yoane Wissa is pushing to leave Brentford and is disappointed that an exit has not been sanctioned.
The striker is now refusing to train as he looks to force an exit.
However, Brentford have today informed Newcastle that Wissa is not on the market, even though talkSPORT understands they are actively looking for a replacement.
Newcastle communicated they were willing to raise a rejected £25million offer to £30m-fixed with around £5m in add-ons.
But Brentford responded saying Wissa is not available, and have indicated to all interested clubs that only £50m+ makes the deal happen.
Wissa is understood to be disappointed by the price being asked, and believes Brentford have broken a verbal pact last summer, allowing him to leave for around £26m.
It follows an enquiry from West Ham earlier in the window.
Chelsea value Dewsbury-Hall as a squad player, but he is not a name they are actively looking to sell.
An exit is possible at the right price though, however, it would need to be more than the £30m the Blues paid to Leicester.
