Tony Cascarino believes there's every chance Phil Foden could leave Man City this summer.
After a poor season and City spending almost £300million in 2025 on new signings so far, there are doubts over Foden's place in Pep Guardiola's team.
Grealish is on his way out this summer, although there have been no offers made yet for the £50m-rated star, and claims he might have to leave on loan.
Grealish has been linked with a possible move to Tottenham, while Arsenal could be another option given Gunners manager Mikel Arteta’s links to City.
But, asked if the former Aston Villa star could be an option to strengthen the Gunners, Cascarino said: “No, I think Foden's way more likely.
“Obviously Arteta worked at Man City with Phil Foden and for whatever reason, I'm sure we'll find out down the line, Phil Foden just hasn’t been the player we know him to be this season.
“From where he was the Football Writers' Player of the Year the season before, his performances this year have just not justified that.
“But all what's happening at City and all the spending that's gone on, I wouldn't be surprised if Foden is allowed to go somewhere.
“Whether City let him go Arsenal, I don't know, but they let Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko go there.
“If Arsenal could get him, I think Arteta would really consider that, yeah.”

Tony Cascarino can't believe the lack of transfer news coming out of Arsenal so far this summer.
The Gunners risk being left behind by their title rivals once again, with Man City and Liverpool spending big in the market after only a few weeks of the window being open.
Meanwhile, there are tumbleweeds rolling past the Emirates as fans wait for news, any news whatsoever, about new players coming in.
There's reports Martin Zubimendi will sign, apparent talks with Benjamin Sesko, they're apparently still in the running for Viktor Gyokeres and Real Madrid winger Rodrygo is also a rumoured target.
But there's just radio silence from Mikel Arteta so far, and Casc doesn't get it.
The talkSPORT Weekend Sports Breakfast host said: "It's a club that's nearly there, and after running close over the last couple of years, to actually get to that spot of getting ahead of Man City and Liverpool, you've got to go big.
"There's times you have to go big - and after the way their season petered out, that time is now.
"People might look at Zubimendi and this is going to get done, but I think they have to go way bigger than that.
"I think Arsenal have to look at making two or three big ones."

More of Trent Alexander-Arnold’s first 24 hours as a Real Madrid is being shared, and Liverpool fans may not appreciate some of his latest comments about leaving his boyhood club.
Most of the backlash around the right-back’s exit has been this notion that he sees Real Madrid as a level above the mighty Reds.
Although the clubs might be on a level playing field in terms of their competitiveness on the pitch, it’s clear that Real Madrid is one of the few true absolute giant clubs in the football world and an iconic destination for players across the globe.
Trent has said just that in an interview with Real Madrid’s in-house media, that he strives to compete at the very highest level and he felt he had to leave Liverpool to do that.
The Anfield faithful won’t see it that way, though.
"To bea Real Madrid player is something that most, if not every, player in the world desires to be at some point in their life.
“For it to be real is still very much a pinch-me moment, it’s hard to get your head around.
“To be here now, around the club and around the city, it’s special.
To feel like this is my new home, the way I've been welcomed here so far has been amazing, and I’m excited to get started.
“Anyone who knows anything about football understands that the club demands success and demands trophies, me, my mindset as a player as well is something similar.
“I want to be winning trophies, I want to be playing for the best clubs in the world and achieving the best things.
“And now is the right time to change from Liverpool and to feel something different, and to do it at a place like this, there’s no better place to be doing it.”

Rangers have confirmed Issame Charai has left as a first-team coach following the arrival of Russell Martin as manager.
Charai only joined the Scottish giants in January to assist former boss Philippe Clement, but has now left via mutual consent.
Rangers CEO Patrick Stewart told the club website: “I want to place on record the sincere thanks of both the club and I to Issame for his work over the past six months.
“Through the managerial transition in February and beyond, he handled himself superbly and was a real asset to Barry and his staff during their period in charge of the team.
“As the men’s first-team moves forth into this new era under Russell, it has been agreed between the club and Issame for him to move on.
“For whatever comes next for him, I want to wish him the very best of luck.
We are thrilled to bring him to Argyle and look forward to seeing the impact he has on the talented squad at his disposal.”

Paul Pogba is in talks with Monaco over a two-year contract, talkSPORT understands.
The former Manchester United star - who was free to start playing again from March 2025 - is giving serious consideration to the offer.
Pogba, who was fearing the end of his career with a ban running until 2027 prior to its decrease to 18 months, started training in January.
He was provisionally suspended on September 11, 2023, after testing positive for elevated levels of testosterone in his system.
talkSPORT understands that Pogba is keen to return to an elite club with a view to winning a place in France’s 2026 World Cup squad.

Manchester City have not received any formal offers for Jack Grealish, according to the BBC.
talkSPORT sources revealed earlier this week that the England winger has accepted that his City career is over.
Grealish broke the British record transfer fee in 2021 when he left boyhood club Aston Villa for the Etihad for £100million.
The 29-year-old, who has been left out of City's Club World Cup squad, has won seven honours under Pep Guardiola.
Grealish is contracted until 2027, and City are hoping for a fee of at least £50million, making a permanent transfer challenging.
His £300,000-per-week wage is also a stumbling block for suitors.

Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly turned down the opportunity of a Club World Cup showdown with Pep Guardiola and Manchester City.
The Portuguese captain confirmed last week that he would not be featuring in the revamped tournament that starts this weekend.
Ronaldo’s club side, Al-Nassr, did not qualify for the revamped competition, sparking interest in the football icon joining a new team to feature in the US, as his contract with the Saudi Pro League outfit runs out at the end of the month.
Moroccan club Wydad Athletic claim that preliminary contact had taken place regarding the signing of Ronaldo, but a deal was never close.
"Cristiano Ronaldo wouldn't have come for the money because he doesn't need it.
I’m looking forward to working with him again."
The new deal means he is now set to join an exclusive group of players during the upcoming campaign.
Milner will become only the fifth outfield player to feature in the Premier League aged 40 or older.
The 39-year-old turns 40 on January 4, allowing him to join Teddy Sheringham, Ryan Giggs, Kevin Phillips, and Gordon Strachan to have done so.
