talkSPORT Breakfast have given their take on Arsenal signing Rodrygo.
We understand that the Gunners are genuine contenders for the Real Madrid superstar who is valued at £84million.
Rodrygo endured a tough end to the season and had to contradict reports that he refused to play against Barcelona because he was annoyed about Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappe surpassing him.
That could give Arsenal confidence in their pursuit, but Alan Brazil gave a simple answer.
"They need a centre forward!" he said with some venom.
Agbonlahor then gave a more cheeky take.
"He's used to winning things, why would he want to go to Arsenal?" he asked.
"If he's used to winning Champions Leagues why would he leave?"

Manchester City boss has confirmed it was his choice in naming Bernardo Silva as his captain for the 2025/2026 season.
The Citizens manager has scrapped the players' vote in deciding who wears the armband following a disappointing 2024/25 campaign.
It is the first time in nine years at the Etihad that Guardiola has made the decision himself.
Commenting on Silva, the Spaniard said: "For the first time in my career, I decided my captain.
"I didn’t like what happened last season, and I decided this season I will represent the team.
Sometimes I want to be the boss.
“With captains, it’s complicated sometimes, but at the same time it’s so simple.
"You have to put the team, your mates, the club, always in front of you all the time, and to ask all the time what is the best for the team.
"And when you decide what is the best for the team, you never make a mistake, never, ever, and this is what you have to do as captains, and I think Bernardo has been an incredible figure for us, many years here.
"Always in the bad moments, he knew he had to make a step up.”

Liverpool may have found the perfect partner as they look to develop a multi-club network.
According to The Times, LaLiga side Getafe has 'come under consideration' from the Reds.
The report adds the search has been conducted by FSG's chief executive of football Michael Edwards, FSG technical director Julian Ward and director of football development Pedro Marques.
Liverpool previously held an interest in French club Bordeaux but pulled out of talks last July.
Bordeaux later fell into bankruptcy and were demoted to the fourth tier of French football.
The Reds also looked at Spanish club Malaga, but a deal never progressed.
As for Getafe, they are an established LaLiga club and have maintained a spot in the Spanish top-flight for the last eight seasons.

Nottingham Forest winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is being linked with a departure from the City Ground.
The 24-year-old former Chelsea prospect is attracting interest from Manchester United, Roma and Napoli, and Gabby Agbonlahor thinks he should be targeting Serie A.
"Why would you go to Man United when you've seen so many players go there and have their careers ruined?" the talkSPORT Breakfast host pondered.
"I wouldn't go there, I'd go to Napoli if it was me, look at [Scott] McTominay, [Billy] Gilmour, why not?
Manchester United would bring him down."

Luis Diaz is likely to stay at Liverpool next season, according to The Daily Mail's Merseyside correspondent Dominic King.
The Colombian winger has been linked with both Barcelona and Al Nassr after a career-best Premier League-winning season and has two years left on his contract.
King explained: "It's always the same when a players gets into this territory of the contract running down.
"I think you have to look at the way Liverpool run their business, they won't be phased by the fact he's got two years to go, they'll be looking at the situation and how to get the best out of him.
"There's always that thing lurking in the background of the Spanish clubs and the lure South American players have for going over there so it will need to be watched.
"But I think if Arne Slot has anything to do with it, Luis Diaz will be here for a while."

Danny Murphy has dismissed the idea that Erling Haaland could become Man City's next captain.
Pep Guardiola has strongly hinted that Bernardo Silva will take the armband with incumbent Kyle Walker set to leave and vice-captain Kevin De Bruyne already at Napoli.
Asked if striker Haaland could take the job, talkSPORT host Murphy responded: "Not yet, I don't see that at all.
"He plays up front which is hard enough for a captain and he doesn't seem particularly demonstrative or verbally constructive.
"With all the quality and leadership they've got, Silva, Rodri...
"You need to look up to the captain, someone you can go to and look at and thrive off.
"I always felt it was a big thing in football but I think it's been devalued, I'm sick of seeing armbands passed around in games."

He then made 22 Premier League appearances in the 2024/25 campaign, but was unable to help the Midlands outfit beat the drop.

Fenerbahce have released a statement in response to alleged WhatsApp messages from the Turkish Football Federation’s disciplinary committee.
Leaked images appeared online with the president of the committee writing: “We will make him pay for this next season.
He has been tolerated too much.”
FF committee president Celal Nuri Demirturk and the entire board of directors have now resigned en masse in response.
Fenerbahce have released an official statement in response to the messages, writing: “Our club has made an official application to the Turkish Football Federation in response to the correspondence that has been made public today and is claimed to belong to members of the Professional Football Disciplinary Board.
“We believe that this hostile mentality, which clearly violates the principle of impartiality and is based on showdowns and revenge, has no place in Turkish Sports.”
The alleged WhatsApp exchange was referring to Mourinho’s attack on his opposite number at Galatasaray on April 2.

Arsenal's assistant coach Carlos Cuesta is reportedly set to leave the club to become head coach of Parma.
The 29-year-old is expected to depart after five years in north London under Mikel Arteta, with talks between the Gunners and the Serie A side reportedly in the final stages
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Italian outfit are now just awaiting the green light from Arsenal to appoint Cuesta.
If the deal is completed, he will replace Cristian Chivu as Parma head coach, after the 44-year-old succeeded Simone Inzaghi at Inter Milan earlier this month.
And the move would see Cuesta make Serie A history, as he prepares to take the reigns at a top-flight club before turning 30.
In fact, the appointment would officially make the Spanish tactician the youngest head coach in the Italian league this century.
At 29 years, ten months and 20 days, Cuesta would trail only Elio Loschi, who took over at Triestina in 1939 at the age of 29 years, nine months and 20 days old.
Cuesta joined the Spaniard's coaching staff in August 2020, following stints at Atletico Madrid and Juventus as a youth team manager.

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has expressed his surprise at Chelsea's poorly attended Club World Cup opener.
The Blues beat LAFC 2-0 at the Mercedes Benz arena in Atlanta but it turned out that the locals weren't very interested.
The 73,000 seater averages 45,000 for Atalanta United games, but just 22,000 turned up to see Chelsea.
"I found the atmosphere a little strange, the stadium was almost empty, not full," Maresca commented.
"You have to adapt when you play in a full stadium.
I'm going to stay," he told the media at the Club World Cup.
"I've had options in the past and this year but, like last year, this year my option is to stay at Man City."
Silva has been linked with a move away since the team's treble win in 2023, with Benfica, PSG and Atletico Madrid all heavily mooted.
Asked if this will be his final season, he added: "I know what I'm going to do but it's not the time to talk about that.
When the time is due I will talk about it."
Manager Pep Guardiola will also make Silva his new captain, commenting: "I'm the manager and this season, for the first time in my career, I decided who is to be my captain.
"I didn't like what happened last season and I decided this season who represents the team.
