James Balagizi spent over a decade at Liverpool after joining from Manchester City’s academy at age 11.
Highly rated in his youth, he signed a professional contract in 2020 and featured regularly for the club’s U18 and U21 sides.
Despite being named on the bench for a couple of first-team cup matches, injuries and loan spells at Crawley Town, Wigan Athletic, and Kilmarnock limited his breakthrough.
Ultimately, Balagizi has made no senior competitive appearances for Liverpool, with his progress hampered by injury setbacks.
It would seem that he will finish his time at Anfield without making his debut for the club.
