Former Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana is poised and ready for a new role at Southampton as the 36-year-old joins the coaching staff at St.
And now, according to confirmed Sky Sports reports, Simon Rusk - accompanied by Lallana - will help guide from the dugout for the season's run-in.
Rusk was installed as Russell Martin's successor earlier in the season.

For Lallana, it provides the first opportunity in the dugout in a coaching capacity.
Previously, the former Liverpool midfielder shadowed Roberto De Zerbi at Brighton & Hove Albion during a spell on the side-lines with injury.
With their fate already sealed, they will take on relegation rivals Leicester City and the Reds' Premier League title rivals Arsenal among their remaining fixtures.
"I'm doing my badges now so at the end of the season I'll have my 'B' and my 'A', said Lallana previously.
