Former Liverpool star Neil Ruddock says he has "reset" and is plotting a late career change following his amazing transformation. He has lost a total of seven stone, after revealing he was 'getting bigger and bigger' with his weight reaching a high of 27 stone.

But it wasn't the operation that sparked the tide of change as during lockdown he was stuck on the 'Deliveroo diet, getting lazier and lazier'. He did take action last year when he had gastric sleeve surgery and he posted a positive message at the beginning of the month.



Last year I had gastric sleeve surgery with @WeAreTransform_ & I’m well into my weight loss journey, to date I've lost 93lbs.
