There was no room for Kai Havertz or Timo Werner in the Chelsea starting XI as the Blues desperately seek a return to winning ways at Fulham – live on talkSPORT.

Chelsea have won just one of their last six Premier League matches, slipping to ninth in the table after looking like mounting a title challenge earlier in the season.

Frank Lampard has faced questions about his job following a lavish summer spend of more than £200million – as the likes of Werner and Havertz have failed to impress.

They both found the net during the 4-0 victory over Morecambe in the FA Cup third round last Sunday., but that wasn’t enough to earn a place in the starting line-up at Craven Cottage.

Callum Hudson-Odoi also impressed in that game and found the net as a substitute in the Man City defeat, but the forward also finds himself on the bench.

Olivier Giroud, on the other hand, starts despite rumours of a potential January exit from Stamford Bridge, as does Antonio Rudiger in place of Kurt Zouma.

Meanwhile, Reece James is available once again, but only fit enough for a place on the bench, while N’Golo Kante is suspended.
