While Liverpool’s pursuit of high-profile signings like Jeremie Frimpong and Florian Wirtz is dominating headlines this summer, outgoings are set to be just as significant a storyline at Anfield.

Talks for Frimpong are progressing rapidly as we exclusively revealed, while Liverpool have also held meetings with Wirtz.

Landing the German playmaker would require a club-record fee and faces stiff competition from Bayern Munich and Manchester City.

And while potential incomings are on everyone’s lips this summer,  it seems that outgoings are also going to be a big topic this summer.

Kostas Tsimikas is attracting strong interest from Leeds United, who see the Greek left-back as a Premier League-ready addition following their promotion.

The Premier League has officially announced the dates for the summer 2025 transfer window, which will run from June 1-10 for a special registration period related to the FIFA Club World Cup, before reopening on June 16 and closing on September 11.

And the now latest reports in Turkey from Fanatik have asserted that Fenerbahce have set their sights on Darwin Nunez as they look to bolster their attack.

The Turkish giants are actively searching for a marquee No.9, with Mourinho reportedly identifying Nunez as one of his top targets for the summer transfer window.

Nunez, 25, has endured a mixed spell at Anfield since his record move from Benfica, scoring 33 goals in 96 appearances but struggling to consistently deliver under both Jurgen Klopp and now  Arne Slot.

With Liverpool open to reshaping their frontline, the Uruguayan’s future has become increasingly uncertain, and several European clubs – including Atletico Madrid, Napoli, AC Milan, and RB Leipzig – are monitoring his situation.

Fenerbahce’s interest comes amid plans to revamp their own attack, with Edin Dzeko and Cenk Tosun expected to depart and Youssef En-Nesyri also potentially on the move.

Mourinho’s first-choice remains Juventus’ Dusan Vlahovic, but Nunez is seen as a strong alternative for the Portuguese manager.

It’s suggested that Fenerbahce could pursue a loan deal or a permanent transfer, though competition is fierce, especially with Saudi club Al-Hilal reportedly preparing a €60 million bid and a lucrative contract for Nunez according to the report.
