Liverpool youngster Mateusz Musialowski has continued his rise to prominence by winning the club’s Goal of the Month award for March.

Here is what the Liverpool faithful had to say about the versatile Poland youth international.

He waltzed past five opponents before producing a stunning finish during a 3-0 win over the Magpies.

Musialowski’s strike beat goals from Mo Salah, Diego Jota and Sadio Mane, whilst Missy Bo Kearns also claimed a place in the top five for her goal for the Women’s team.

It was the 17-year-old who caught the eye though and his goal came top of a poll voted for by the supporters.

The under-18s talent was rewarded for his scintillating effort against Newcastle United with the monthly recognition.

After the announcement was made, supporters took to Twitter to rave about the youngster for his effort.
