Amid the intense Premier League title race involving Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City, Gabriel Jesus expressed a sense of heightened pressure on his side compared to their rivals.

The recent week in Champions League and Europa League action proved painful for the Premier League’s top three teams, as all crashed out of European competition at the quarter-final stage.

With attention once again shifting to the title race, both Liverpool and Arsenal stumbled at home last weekend, allowing champions Manchester City to maintain their lead with just six games remaining.

Pep Guardiola’s side is poised to make history by potentially clinching a fourth consecutive league title – a feat unprecedented in English football history and the title is within their grasp.

As City gears up for the FA Cup semi-finals this weekend, both Arsenal and Liverpool have two games to play before City’s next Premier League fixture.

Speaking on Sky Sports News, Gabriel Jesus said: “The players [at Manchester City], or at Liverpool are more experienced than us and they play with less pressure than us.

“Because [Man City] have won three in a row and Liverpool with Klopp with the players there won a Premier League two, three or four years ago, it’s still [recent]?

“20 years ago we won, so it’s different but we’re still there.”
