Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah put pen to paper on a new two-year deal on Friday morning.
Salah has been in sensational form for the Reds this season, but with his contract up at the end of the season, anxiety remained that he could leave the club.
Thankfully, news broke earlier in the week that Salah was edging closer to staying with Liverpool.
Despite constant speculation that the Egyptian could be on his way to Saudi Arabia, he was all set to continue his eight-year stay with the Reds.
On Friday morning it was finally official, with the news confirmed that Salah stays once again.
And on what is truly a momentous day for the football club, there were some terrific photos to be had as Mo celebrated his extension at Anfield.

Liverpool supporters have quite literally been waiting years for Friday’s announcement.
The wait is finally over, Mo is going nowhere.
The LFC social media team did their usual stellar work on the announcement, sitting Salah on a royal throne fit for an Egyptian King at Anfield.

Surveying his home from a red carpet, Salah looked completely at ease as he finally ended all speculation over his future.
Plenty of the 32-year-old’s best work in a Liverpool shirt has come at Anfield, so it was only fitting to include the stadium as he signed on to put his time at the club beyond a decade.

Salah also posed with his new contract at the Liverpool training ground, grinning at the prospect of another two years with the Reds.
