Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer agree that Liverpool will retain their Premier League crown this season.

As a result of their business in the transfer window, both Lineker and Shearer believe that Liverpool are in good stead to retain their title this season.

Speaking on The Rest Is Football, Lineker said: "I think they're going to win it again.



Liverpool have already seen an offer of £110m plus add-ons for the Swede rebuffed, given that United value him at a minimum of £150m.

But with just three weeks left of the current window, Liverpool may return any day with an improved offer to secure Isak for the season ahead.

The star has missed the entirety of pre-season with Newcastle and finds himself in a difficult position.

It is reported that Newcastle are firm on their valuation and that they will only sell Isak should they find a suitable replacement for the forward, who scored 23 Premier League goals last season.
