This summer, Liverpool have wasted no time strengthening their squad.
The club has already completed deals for Florian Wirtz, Jeremy Frimpong, Milos Kerkes, and Hugo Ekitike.
Luis Díaz has been sold, and there are reports of the Reds keen on a move for Swedish striker Alexander Isak, as DaveOCKOP exclusively revealed that the Merseyside club is likely to sign Isak for £120M plus add ons this window.
The move is expected to accelerate quickly once a formal bid is tabled.
The Reds are preparing seriously for the new season.
But transfer windows aren’t just about what clubs want.
Players also have big decisions to make.
For some, that means holding out for the right club and the right moment.
While clubs like West Ham United and Aston Villa are making moves for rising stars across Europe, not every player is eager to jump at the first offer, especially when there’s interest from the top end of the Premier League.
There’s one name that’s come up again, someone Liverpool were linked with last summer.
This time, his own manager is pushing him to wait for a move to a bigger club.
Galatasaray winger Bar?s Alper Y?lmaz is back in the transfer headlines.
The 25-year-old Turkey international has again been linked with Premier League clubs, with West Ham United said to have revived their interest.
But according to Turkish journalist Ali Naci Küçük, Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk has stepped in to give the player direct advice on his next move.
Buruk doesn’t want Y?lmaz to leave yet.
He believes a bigger opportunity could be just around the corner, and that means holding off for a higher-level club.
Mr?
Okan said to Baris, “The eyes of Europe are on Galatasaray right now, with the moves we have made, play for one more year while there is a target in the Champions League, show yourself better in the showcase and go to higher-level teams.”
“Instead of going to West Ham, go to Tottenham or go to Liverpool.”
Galatasaray recently triggered a clause to extend Y?lmaz’s contract, improving his salary and ensuring they’re in a stronger position in negotiations.
The club is reportedly holding out for offers around €40 million, and they’re not in a rush to sell.
Clubs like Aston Villa, Sunderland, and Nottingham Forest have all shown interest.
But Buruk’s message is clear: don’t rush a move, wait for Liverpool.
