Dietmar Hamann has claimed that one Liverpool player must improve under Arne Slot next season.
This season has ended disappointingly for Liverpool after Jurgen Klopp was on for a quadruple in March.
Despite a difficult end to the season, Klopp has built the foundations of a strong squad for Liverpool’s next manager, which looks set to be Arne Slot.

Speaking to The Echo, Hamann claimed that Ryan Gravenberch needs to work on his game in the final third.
“He has to set up goals and he has to score goals, because there have been times at Liverpool this season where they have needed a goal from somewhere,” the Liverpool legend said.
“There have been times when he’s had a chance to make a name for himself but didn’t.
“It’s his first season, I hope he gets another season, but I think next season he has got to do better than he did this one.”

It hasn’t been an ideal debut campaign for Gravenberch after managing just 12 starts in the league all season.
That is to be expected from a young player in his first full season in the Premier League and there have been more promising signs of late.
