Harvey Elliott's Liverpool future is up in the air after a season in which he started just six games for the Reds in all competitions.

Such an influential performance brought Elliott's club future to the forefront of people's minds, and there are a number of clubs that would no doubt love to sign a player of his quality.

One of them is Brighton, which is the club that has been most strongly linked with a move for Elliott.

The Seagulls have gained plenty of plaudits for the way the club has been run in recent years, operating shrewdly in the transfer market, and a move to the Amex Stadium would provide Elliott with the platform to get his club career back on track.

Among the other Premier League clubs that are apparently interested in Elliott are West Ham and Fulham.

Fulham is said to have enquired about the possibility of re-signing the player that swapped Craven Cottage for Anfield six years ago.

Journalist Ben Jacobs reports that Italian outfit Fiorentina and German club RB Leipzig are also keeping tabs on Elliott's situation.

Meanwhile, former England player Gabby Agbonlahor believes that Elliott is at a stage in his career when he needs to be playing more frequently.

"He deserves to go and play and start week in, week out," Agbonlahor said after Elliott's star semi-final showing for England

I know it is hard to leave a big club like Liverpool, but for him and the club, a move is perfect.

"I am sure Liverpool will look at it, and realize the fee has probably gone up for how good he has been [at the Euros]
