Harvey Elliott has described his time at Liverpool as "incredible" as he reflected on his six-year anniversary at Anfield.

The 22-year-old joined the Reds from Fulham in July 2019, winning the Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup, Super Cup, and Club World Cup during that time.

On Monday, six years to the day since completing his move from West London, the midfielder shared a post to his Instagram story celebrating the landmark, writing: "An incredible six years!"

Since making his debut for the Reds in a League Cup tie against MK Dons in September 2019, the England under-21 international has gone on to make 147 appearances for the club across all competitions.

But now there is doubt over how many more appearances Elliott will make for Liverpool after starting just twice in the Premier League last term.

When asked about his future with the English champions earlier this month, Elliott told The Anfield Wrap: “If I had it my way, I would be here for the rest of my career, it's as simple as that.

“I love everything about the club, but at the same time, I kind of need to be selfish and see what's best for me.

It's something I still need to review.

I need to have a talk with everyone and review the situation.

We have many new players who have come in so whether it blocks the path for me I'm not sure.

"It's something I need to have a look at and decide.”

Reports in the national press earlier this month had linked Elliott with a move to West Ham United.
