Well, the transfer window and Federico Chiesa.

Chiesa’s Liverpool career finally feels like it could take off after the Italian scored a dramatic winner last week at Anfield.

His first Premier League goal may have taken almost a full year to arrive, but it was ultimately well worth the wait.

After a summer of speculation, it now looks likely that Chiesa will stay at Liverpool this season.

And after hailing him during a sit-down interview this weekend, Alisson Becker seemingly could not be happier.

Chiesa was an incredibly popular goal scorer for Liverpool against Bournemouth.

When he comes in and scores that goal, the satisfaction that he shows us in his celebration shows a lot of his character, of his personality,” Alisson remarked.

But he’s not a guy who complains in a negative way, he complains to make things better for everyone, not only for himself.”

“I think it [the goal] shows that nothing is impossible if we can believe to the last second,” the Brazil international added.

“I’m never happy that I concede but I told him seeing that you are the guy who scored the goal, I have no problem conceding the goals!”

Alisson may have been delighted to see Chiesa score, but during his interview he also touched upon the on-field relationship he has with another Liverpool attacker: Mohamed Salah.

Alisson has set up Salah for three goals during his career with Reds, and when asked about the link-up between him and the Egyptian, Alisson says it is something the two players love to do when possible.

“With Mo the connection we have is from the years we spent together,” says the 32-year-old.

“I know his qualities, he knows my quality when we have the space to do that, and when he is running towards the goal I have to do my best to kick the ball and put him in a good position so he can control the ball and do what he does best which is scoring goals.
