Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp and Mohamed Salah have been in the news a lot over the last few hours after what happened at the London Stadium today.

The Reds’ Premier League dreams took another huge hit this afternoon after they dropped points against David Moyes’ West Ham United.

That all but confirms that Liverpool are out of the title race, which is a shame as it would’ve been a fairytale ending for Klopp had they won it.

Liverpool’s season is crumbling just over a month after people were dreaming about the quadruple.

Now, their dream of lifting the Premier League title is nearly dead.

What makes everything worse now is the altercation between Jurgen Klopp and Mohamed Salah on the touchline in the game against West Ham United.

When the German went over to Salah to shake his hand and give him his final instructions, Salah seemed really angry for some reason – perhaps because he didn’t start the game.

The two of them had a bit of an argument and Darwin Nunez, who was also on the touchline, had to hold the Egyptian back before things got ugly.

Everyone’s wondering what the real reason was behind the spat between Klopp and Salah on the touchline – we’re sure that will come out at some point.

Former Aston Villa and Hull City defender Ahmed Elmohamady, who used to play with Salah in the Egyptian national team, reckons his old teammate deserves more respect than what Klopp has shown today.

In a 14-word tweet, Elmohamady said: “One of the most successful players in the PL history, deserves more respect.

Honestly.”

Gabby Agbonlahor replied: “Agreed mate!”

Nobody expected Jurgen Klopp and Mohamed Salah to have a go at each other in front of the whole world, but it happened today.

The Egyptian went straight down the tunnel after the full-time whistle – you could see that he wasn’t happy at all.
