The Reds confirmed the club-record deal to bring the Sweden international to Anfield late on Monday evening.
Liverpool had reached an agreement for a £125million transfer fee to sign Isak from Newcastle United ahead of deadline day, putting an end to months of ongoing and intense speculation.
The deal was confirmed a couple of hours after the deadline had passed, with Isak being awarded the No.9 shirt which had been vacated following the departure of Darwin Nunez.
Isak will now be expected to link up with the Sweden national team during the international break before taking part in his first training sessions as a Liverpool player.

A debut could come against Burnley on September 14 in the club's first match after the international break, after which point the Reds will then face Atletico Madrid and Everton at Anfield in the Champions league and Premier League, respectively.
In what has been one of the biggest transfer sagas of the summer, it has led to members of the Liverpool dressing room reacting on social media.
The Reds posted several times on their Instagram account following Isak's announcement, including photos and videos from the striker's signing day.
The post which confirmed the signing of Isak received more than 400,000 likes, including some from Hugo Ekitike and Milos Kerkez, as well as former Liverpool star Luis Diaz.
Another post which included the caption "Worth the wait" along with a photo of Isak was liked by Virgil van Dijk and Conor Bradley, while Diaz and club legend Ian Rush also liked both posts.
