Liverpool have spent big this summer but that means they will also want to sell players for good money too.
The Reds’ squad is rather large at the moment given the amount of new arrivals they have welcomed, meaning Arne Slot will likely want to trim down the size.
Many players have been linked with a move away but none more so than Luis Diaz, with the Colombian also very open to departing Anfield this summer.
Bayern Munich appear his most likely destination as the German giants have already had a bid rejected by Liverpool, although they are ready to try again.
The Reds’ stance is still that he is not for sale, although the price Bayern are willing to go up to may mean that this could still change.

The rumours surrounding Diaz simply will not go away, although depending on Liverpool’s answer to Bayern’s next bid, his future may be clearer.
Slot sees Diaz as integral to his plans next season and is very keen to keep hold of him, although the Reds will be willing to sell, albeit reluctantly, if the right offer arrives.
And, according to journalist Ben Jacobs, Bayern are prepared to pay up to €80m (£69.3m) for the winger this summer, a fee that might bring Liverpool to the table.

However, it is still significantly short of their €100m (£86.6m) valuation of the 28-year-old, with the Reds feeling that is fair after Saudi clubs were willing to pay that for Bruno Fernandes earlier in the window despite the Portuguese international being two years his senior.
Diaz has reportedly asked Liverpool to accept Bayern’s next bid as he wants out, suggesting that there is still a chance he goes, although only time can tell.
The Reds paid just an initial fee of £37m for Diaz back in 2022, meaning they would have very nearly doubled their money, and with the player keen to go, perhaps accepting it is the best option.
As Jacobs reported previously, Liverpool will only sign another attacker if Diaz leaves, and this looks very likely to happen.
That being said, Real Madrid’s Rodrygo is a player they have been linked with for a little while, with the Brazilian the perfect replacement for the Colombian.
He would also cost the same price as Diaz as Madrid are willing to listen to offers of around £69m, while he is also four years younger, making him even more viable in the long-term.
Malick Fofana is another option but he is said to be more of a replacement for Federico Chiesa instead, suggesting there is still plenty of action to come at Anfield this summer.
Tottenham Hotspur are also keen on Rodrygo so they may have to act fast, but that all starts with selling Diaz, so they will have to make a decision on his future rather swiftly.
