After a busy start to the summer transfer window, Liverpool look set to focus on trimming their squad in the coming weeks.
There are still one or two potential incomings for fans to get excited about, but by and large, the bulk of the Reds’ remaining business will be in terms of outgoings.
Three players who are all candidates to be sold were in action as England won the European Under-21 Championship on Saturday.
And although Tyler Morton was ‘sensational‘ and provided a late, game-winning assist, Harvey Elliott continued his goalscoring run and Jarell Quansah marshalled the back line brilliantly, the writing still looks to be on the wall for the trio at Liverpool.
Each of their performances this summer are likely to have raised both their profile and their price-tag for any interested parties.
But just how much could the Reds make from selling three of the Liverpool academy‘s biggest success stories?

The easiest player to price of the three is Quansah, simply because Liverpool have already agreed a deal to sell the centre-back.
Some on the outside may see the potential £35m fee as being rather steep for a player who only started four Premier League matches last season.

However, Quansah showed once again during his displays for England that he is a defender with a mass of potential.
Liverpool reportedly have a buy-back clause for Quansah which could end up being £70m.
But, for now, the £35m they will bank for the 22-year-old represents a very good deal.

Liverpool have already learned a lesson in the transfer window this summer, with Nat Phillips a perfect example of how pricing a player out of a move can ultimately come back to bite you.
The Reds could have sold Phillips for almost £10m several years ago, but in holding out for even more, they have ultimately only sold the defender for £3m.

There could be a similar scenario playing out with Morton, who Liverpool reportedly priced at around £20m last summer.
With no club willing to take the gamble, and Morton playing just five times for the Reds all season, it is hard to see how Liverpool could ask for a similar fee again.
Nevertheless, Morton has been impressive for England over recent weeks and has a body of work in the Championship to fall back on.
It would be a disappointment if Liverpool could not squeeze at least £10m from his likely sale.
While Quansah and Morton could fetch around £45m between them, Elliott is inarguably the jewel in this particular crown.

There had been suggestions that Liverpool valued Elliott at around £45m before the tournament started, but given how good he has been, the Reds may now feel that is rather low.
Borussia Dortmund youngster Jamie Gittens has just moved to Chelsea for around £55m, and the 20-year-old has nothing like the experience and quality of Elliott.
Nevertheless, clubs will know Liverpool want to sell, and, as a result, they could perhaps use that £55m as something of a yardstick.
There would surely have to be a buy-back involved somewhere, but the Reds would surely feel happy with a fee in that ballpark, while the buying club could still be getting a potential bargain.
So, add all of that together, and Liverpool could be looking at around £100m in sales on Quansah, Elliott and Morton, almost all of which would represent pure profit on the books.
