A reliable West Ham outlet has revealed the transfer fee Liverpool are willing to accept to sell Tyler Morton and Harvey Elliott this summer.

Both players have been linked with a move to West Ham this summer.

The duo are attracting interest from West Ham, whose summer transfer focus is on signing talented young players.

At 22, Elliott and Morton fit that bill, and their recent success in the U21 Euros makes them an attractive prospect for Hammers boss Graham Potter.

Last week, reports from WHUEmployee (via The West Ham Way), revealed that the Hammers will turn their attention to their purusit of Elliott and Morton, having secured a deal for the signing of Liverpool-linked El Hadji Malick Diouf.

Yesterday, a follow-up report from the same outlet asserted that West Ham are now trying to move for Elliott in the next few days.’

“West Ham are said to be trying to move the Harvey Elliot deal on in these next few days,” the report said.

“The club have been in talks all week and there is hope a deal could be achieved.”

The same outlet has now provided another update on the transfer, revealing that Liverpool are thought to be open to accepting around £55m for Elliott and Morton.

“Talks are ongoing with Liverpool for both Harvey Elliot and Tyler Morton, with a possibility that a double deal could be achieved, although as yet nothing has been agreed between both clubs,” the report said.

“As we have covered on Patreon this week, we have been really pushing to try and make progress with Liverpool player Harvey Elliott.

Although the terms are still not agreeable, we have also explored the option of a loan.

“Elliott is said to have a number of options available to him and is thought to want European football, although this isn’t a deal breaker.

“We believe that Tyler Morton is one target.

It is thought Liverpool may be prepared to accept a £55m double deal for the two players (Elliott and Morton), but this is yet to be fully tested?

The two are expected to go on tour with Liverpool in the coming days.”
