Liverpool’s final Premier League game of the season will be shown live on Sky Sports.

The Reds end their season at home against FA Cup winners Crystal Palace, which will also see the team lift the Premier League trophy.

As always with the final games of the season all of the matches will kick off at the same time - this season it’s 4pm on Sunday afternoon.



Liverpool’s clash against Palace is one of the picks, with both the game and the celebrations post match, including the trophy lift shown.

Sky’s other pick is the clash between Champions League chasing clubs Nottingham Forest and Chelsea.

They are currently 12 points ahead of Arsenal at the top of the table, despite defeat against Brighton in their last outing.
