Liverpool and Arsenal have drawn in their last two Premier League meetings.

The Premier League has already thrown up some classic fixtures so far this season and there’s more on the way this weekend.

They finished 10 points behind Liverpool, who claimed a historic 20th league title.

Arne Slot’s men are now fighting to defend their crown, while Mikel Arteta will be hoping his team can finally go that one step further.

The match will be broadcast exclusively on Sky Sports, which is offering a discounted TV package to football fans.

Sky has slashed the price of its Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle for the 2025/26 season, saving members £336 and offering more than 1,400 live matches across the Premier League, EFL and more.

Sky will show at least 215 live Premier League games this season, an increase of up to 100 more.

Ahead of the 2025/26 season, Sky slashed the price of its Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle from £49 to £35, saving new customers £336 and offering more than 1,400 live matches across the Premier League, EFL and more.

As well as all this football action, the Sky package provides access to more than 100 channels such as Sky Atlantic, alongside free Netflix and Discovery+ subscriptions.

Sky will also reduce a Sky Sports subscription from £33 to £19 when ordered with a Sky Glass Air or Sky Glass Gen 2 smart TV, which start at £6 and £14 respectively when spreading the cost.

It comes amid Virgin Media’s rival Summer of Sports sale, which has seen prices plummet across several TV, Sky Sports and fibre broadband plans.

Until September 2, prices start at £54.99, down from £65.99, for the plans including the Bigger Combo bundle + Sports, which includes more than 200 TV channels, including eight from Sky Sports.

One caveat to Sky and Virgin’s contracts is that bills will rise each April.

Earlier this year, Sky increased its TV and broadband prices by 6.2%, while Virgin has already confirmed its Bigger Combo bundle + Sports will rise to £58.49 from April 2026 and £61.99 from April 2027.
