Manchester United goes in search of its first win of the season when it faces newly promoted Burnley today, and the pressure is seriously on Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim.
After a dreadful 2024-25 season, in which the team finished in 15th place in the Premier League, there was some optimism heading into the new campaign following several high profile signings.

Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesko all arrived for significant fees, but the same issues that plagued the team last season remain.
A couple of error-prone goalkeepers have been culpable in three of the four goals that United has conceded across the games against Arsenal, Fulham and Grimsby Town, while the midfield make-up still looks all wrong.
If United can't muster a win against Burnley, it will be fascinating to see what happens during the international break which follows the game.
What time is kick-off?
The game kicks off at 3pm BST (7am PT/10am ET).
Is the game on TV?
The game is not being shown live on UK television, but it is available to stream on Peacock in the United States.

Team news
United goes into the game without Lisandro Martinez, who remains sidelined with a serious knee injury he sustained last season, while Noussair Mazrouai is also unavailable.
Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, Jadon Sancho, Rasmus Hojlund and Tyrell Malacia are also not in contention to play.
Garnacho is on the brink of securing a transfer to Chelsea, Hojlund is set to join Napoli on loan, and Antony has his heart set on a transfer to Real Betis
Sancho and Malacia have no future at United.
Jordan Beyer, Connor Roberts, Manuel Benson and Zeki Amdouni are unavailable for Burnley but Axel Tuanzebe could play against his former club.
"We have been able to improve on where we are," Burnley manager Scott Parker said about the state of his squad in his pre-game press conference
"Some of the lads got minutes during the week [in the Carabao Cup win over Derby County on Tuesday] - Armando Broja, Axel Tuanzebe and Bashir Humphreys - and that helps them get up to speed."
