Nottingham Forest players including Callum Hudson-Odoi and Murillo reacted to a new teammate’s passionate message ahead of the Premier League season.
Nottingham Forest are gearing up for the new campaign after an impressive finish last term, when Nuno Espirito Santo guided his side to seventh place and secured European football.
That achievement has sparked a busy summer in the transfer market, with Football Insider reporting that Forest are closing in on a deal for Ipswich Town’s Omari Hutchinson.
They have already secured signings such as Dan Ndoye, Igor Jesus and Jair Cunha to strengthen their squad.
There have also been departures, with Anthony Elanga completing a move to Newcastle, while Hudson-Odoi has been linked with a switch to Besiktas in recent weeks.
Despite the changes, excitement continues to build at the City Ground with Forest set to host Brentford on 17 August, and new signing Ndoye shared a passionate message ahead of his Premier League debut.

The Swiss international joins Forest after an impressive spell in Italy, where he made 75 appearances for Bologna and scored the decisive goal in the Coppa Italia final, delivering the club’s first major trophy in over half a century.
Forest fended off competition from Napoli to secure Ndoye’s signature, and his arrival will add valuable depth to Nuno’s attacking options, particularly following the departure of Elanga.

Despite several new additions already through the door, Forest are still active in the transfer market in the final weeks of the window.
Reports suggest Nottingham Forest have agreed a £30 million deal for James McAtee after Man City lowered their initial valuation for the Englishman.
The midfielder had just 12 months left on his contract but started only nine games last season and interest in him remained strong.
Forest now look set to win the race for the 22-year-old, adding another talented option to their squad ahead of a demanding campaign.
