Khephren Thuram has stated that he is happy at OGC Nice and could now stay at the club this summer despite recent links to Liverpool. Speaking to L’Equipe, the France international revealed that he wants to continue his development at a club where he will play regular football, with stating that he is pleased with his progress at Nice and that he could remain with the Ligue 1 side this summer. that Liverpool have been scouting Thuram as Jurgen Klopp looks to overhaul his midfield options in the market, and the £53m-rated youngster could be a perfect option for the Anfield side having enjoyed a breakout year in France.

However, Thuram now looks set to stay with Nice despite the French Riviera side missing out on Europe in ninth-place, with the 22-year-old keen to progress his development as a regular for the club despite big interest from the likes of Liverpool.
