Earlier this year, German outlet Bild claimed that Jürgen Klopp had asked Liverpool to bring Jude Bellingham to the Premier League.

Whenever Bellingham leaves Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool have to be at the front of the queue – players like him certainly don’t come around often.

• Report: Liverpool, Tottenham, Villa or Newcastle could now sign £60m target for just £30m • Report: Arsenal want to sign £52m man likened to Gerrard, but Liverpool are already in talks While that will upset Klopp, it had already been said that Borussia Dortmund would not sell Erling Haaland and Bellingham in the same summer.

So far this season, Bellingham has scored six goals in 43 appearances for the German giants, while also providing 13 assists.

The 54-year-old has supposedly become fixated on the 18-year-old as a result of his stunning performances for Borussia Dortmund.

Well, Bellingham has been speaking to RNBVB, who quote him as saying: “I will be here at Borussia Dortmund next season.

The only future I’m thinking about is the next game with Dortmund.” Clearly, it doesn’t sound as if Liverpool will be able to sign the England international – not this summer, at least.
