Ian Wright has shared his views on how Liverpool can improve next season following their historic title triumph, insisting they must sign one player in particular.
Arne Slot's side finally got over the line on Sunday, clinching the Premier League title with four games to spare after a 5-1 thumping of Tottenham at Anfield.
Celebrations will understandably continue over the next month, with the Reds set for a trophy lift on May 25, followed by a parade through the city the next day.
Amid all the jubilation, there has also been discussion about how Liverpool can defend their title next season while aiming to go even further in cup competitions.
Despite winning 25 of their 34 league games so far, there are still areas of the squad that Slot may look to strengthen in the summer, with left-back being one position in need of reinforcements.

Wright, who won a league title with Arsenal during his playing days, believes Bournemouth's Milos Kerkez would be an ideal target for Liverpool this summer.
The Hungarian international has been one of the standout performers in his position this season and is expected to command a fee in the region of £40 million.
"Who makes them better?” Wright pondered, speaking on Optus Sport’s Kelly and Wright Show this week.
I don’t want to take players out of other teams but I think [Liverpool need reinforcements] at left-back."
Left-back isn’t the only position under the spotlight at Anfield heading into the summer transfer window.
There are also question marks surrounding several of Liverpool’s forward players, and Wright believes changes will be needed to take the champions to another level next season.
“I think [they have to replace Darwin] Nunez," he added.
